Every part that comes through our shop follows the same four stages, from raw pattern to finished, ready-to-fit component.
STEP 01
Wooden Pattern Making

We design and craft high-precision wooden patterns based on the required part or design.
STEP 02
Casting
Dhalai
We arrange high-quality casting for the part in any required material including Iron (Loha), Silver, Brass (Peetal), Copper, or Aluminium.
STEP 03
Lathe Machining & Sizing
Size Banana
The casted piece is mounted on heavy lathe machines where tools precisely cut, face, drill, and shape the inner and outer diameters to exact specifications.
STEP 04
Quality Check & Assembly
Final Inspection
Delivering the completely finished, heavy-duty component ready for industrial use.
